The game looks good enough they didn't need to "mask" the real stadium outside footage from the game. Don't get me wrong, I'll be buying this game day 1.

There was contact before Durant elevated. I honestly feel like in real life Bosh would of had flopped to the floor. But i think it would be a collision where both players fall and the refs try to see if they should call it a offensive foul or a blocking foul.
