Anyone else extremely annoyed by 2k12?

I keep playing this game because it's the only current basketball game out there. But sometimes the game annoys the crap out of me. So far, this game has caused me three broken controllers, a broken bed, and a hole in my bathroom. You know why?

Is it normal for a Point Guard with a 95 pass to get 12 turnovers all cause of tipped passes?


Is it normal for a Point Guard with 85 ball security and 92 off hand dribbling to get ripped by Byron Mullens?


Is it normal for a 7'2 center to repeatedly get blocked by Earl Boykins?


Is it normal for Dorrell Wright to have 36 points with 10-12 shooting 3's?


I'm pretty sure by now you get my point, but I'm just sharing my feelings because I know I'm not the only one out there. Some of the nonsense in this game is just ridiculous!

Anyone agree??

Today i had to control myself from breaking my controller. I was playing a dude online. Ray Allen was posterizing my whole team. Who decided that ray was a good enough dunker to have a windmill in his dunk package?

I don't even remeber the last time i saw Ray allen dunk.

Know that feeling. OJ Mayo was dunking over Hibbert in my one game.

Yesterday I had a dude yesterday rage quit on me because I had JR Smith score on 10 consecutive possessions because he was on fire. I'm pretty much a 2k noob. I can understand his frustration.

And that's why this game is so awful. I've had plenty of people I've played who are absolutely awful. I'm talking about driving blindly, jacking up contested 3s, looking like an idiot trying to play on ball D, etc...but they somehow stay close the whole entire game as the CPU decides that I should be missing wide open mid range shots with Chris Paul. Chris Paul also got picked with 10 seconds left in a game, up by two, by CARLOS BOOZER. And I'm not talking about one of the ones where someone just comes across, reaches in, and hits the ball away. I'm talking about the steal animation where the offense can't get the ball. Of course I end up losing the game (keep in mind Chris Paul was went 2-14 in the second half, most shots being wide open.

Why did the idiots who made this game think it would be a good idea for my 95 speed PG to have a wide open lane to the basket only to have the slowest, most ridiculous gather up ever allowing even the slowest defender on the court to come over and easily block/contest the shots? Or how about a routine layup that, instead of going right up, decides to do some stupid extra move that gets blocked.

The game is the definition of all flash no substance. Sure, it looks nice and fluid the one time out of 10,000 layups where the move actually is necessary, but at the end of the day it's like the developers just threw it in there. Didn't bother to make it so it happened only during certain situations. The game is a gitchy mess which I guess fits perfectly with the blatant code they put in this so many games are predetermined.

lol this is one of the silliest things I've ever read. You try to throw out the caveat that the only reason you're playing is it's the only basketball game available. Then you say it's caused you so much frustration that you've felt inclined to wreak havok on your personal property lol - I would've loved to had seen the supposed bathroom incident. THREE broken controllers AND a broken bed for a game you feel is horrible? I can't stop laughing
