Hey everybody i have a question that hopefully somebody can answer. I dont have xbox live gold but i have the ethernet cord plugged into the system and my computer. Can i download the rosters for nba 2k12 doing it that way or do i have to have xbox live gold. Any help would be great.

In my experience, XBox Live Gold has not been necessary to download rosters and whatnot. From what I've known, Gold is only needed to play against other users online.
