Association siming first year

Does anyone sim their first year in association playing association. Or do u like me play a few then sim the first year? I like to do this because I feel like I am creating my own story and ill get excited about new rookies and seeing how my team develops.

So I ask anyone else donthis first year? The second year I play one and sim next 3.

I try to play quite a few games in all my seasons. Usually I'll only play division/conference games, or games against a tough opponent. I'll sim the rest.

It depends, if I'm playing with my Lakers, I will for sure play every game. But I have an association with Detroit Pistons going right now, trying to rebuild the team, so I did some moves in the first season, drafted well in the off-season and now I started to actually play with them in the second year of the association.

As a UK fan I simmed my first season so i could get my hands on the draft class with their inclusion. I did however do it in 1 month spans so i could still do the training on players i wanted to keep.
