Anybody know when the roster update is dropping or new patch?

Not quite.

Rookies may start to arrive the 9th at the earliest, but it is dependent on when they sign their contract.

for the patch Ronnie said hopefully in time for Christmas. The patch is currently in QA. After that they have to submit it to Microsoft and Sony and it has to clear them.

Rookies are talking about the contracts now i believe and once dec 9th comes they gonna sign asap so we could get the rookies dec 9th night or the 10th, im hoping we get em by the 12th at the latest.

And i hope the patch comes out at the same time or a few days after!

Its unlikely they update the rookies before the 12th. I don't see them putting up an update on a Friday or Saturday night even if a number of them sign. I would think the first update will be the 13-14th area.
