Look's like there's no 2011-2012 Season , this is just a suggestion and would like to hear your input.. It would actually be the players but with no names

u have seen the phrase: "any usages of names, images & likenesses"?

they would NEVER do this. we can only hope they would remove the black arms & charging hex-eding/hacking to the game. nothing they can do about that right... oh my bad BLACK arms

I don't think 2K wants any unnecessary lawsuits on their plate.

Ya they can't release them because it is still technically their "likeness". It sucks but they can't do anything about it.

See I dont know about that...if you take the NCAA Football games for example, they don't give the players the actual names, but it is very clear that they are almost 100% the "likeness" of the actual players in the NCAA....

I'm pretty sure NBA likeness and NCAA likeness fall under two different jurisdiction.
