Are the ranked games on the pro level?

I ask that question because when you try to play your friends the intial level that you can choose is pro, i always put it to all-star because thats what i believe its supposed to be on however whenever im playing my friends on all-star the shots dont go in as easily i usually shoot in the 40%. But when i play a regular quick match i rain threes like nothing i can shoot in the high 50% even 60% maybe its just me just posing the question
