For those that want help...

After reading this forum more intensely than I have the past few years, I'm really enjoying it. I'm also seeing a lot of people asking for help or misunderstanding the game.

That being said, I'm not a guy that plays the game 12 hours a day (though I'd like to at times, haha), but I do know real basketball (played at all sorts of levels but major college) and have played every 2k game since the beginning.

Would it help if I posted some videos on my YouTube channel as sort of a supplement/answer to these help questions like, "Why can't i make a pass?" and "how do you do (insert name of move here)?" I'd really like to help and give tutorials or tips or whatever. Again, I don't think I'm the greatest or anything, but I'd like to contribute and help. The tips and how-to videos last year seemed to do pretty well on the channel (link in sig, I don't want to spam).

Thoughts?

I think that is a great idea. I understand the game in and out but WOW, 3 point percentage is out of this world.

Thanks man, I may give it a shot depending on response. It would take a bit of time, but I just want everyone to enjoy the game, you know?

I agree on three point percentage. I've had some pretty crazy games with that, haha.

Re: For those that want help...

What kind of videos would people like to see for 2k12? I'm looking for some feedback on it so I know what they'd like to see or find useful.

Re: For those that want help...

Thats a great idea!!!! I would like to know:

How to pass- why can't I get more zip on the ball/ passes are delayed
How to beat zones vs humans who roam the court w/ defenders and still seem to cover space
Understanding player movement- ex. Post player can be standing on block (not in post up but just standing there wide open) and when I pass the ball (not trying to lead pass cheese) and the player decides to back pedal away from the ball and let the defender steal it.

I have many more lol.... Subscribing now!!!! Thanks!!!
