Greg Oden Issues (2K12)

Have you guys played against the Blazers in 2K12? I think there is something wrong with his tendencies this year.

He's chucking mid-range (almost at the 3pt line) and pulling some crazy crossovers this year, almost everytime he touches the ball.

Anybody notice this?

I've only played Portaland once. Oden was very aggressive but it was in the post. He might have even been their leading scorer. I don't remember any cross overs or mid range stuff. Have you check his ratings in those areas?

I haven't...But I will when I get home.

I would like to see him being aggressive in the post as well. But it's not happening so far.

I played against the Blazers twice in my Association, same results. I think his touches should be tone down as well.

Was this with any online roster download? I don't ask this thinking the ratings might have been mistakingly messed up, I asked this because sometimes the upload goes bad and the roster file causes gameplay issues when used. I remember crazy things happening on college hoops 2k8 with a bad roster file, like being able to rebound a made counted basket and shoot it again for another score.

association? the games I've played has been quick games and it plays flawlessly except for the issue of the cpu leaving there man open...sounds like this game plays out of whack in other modes...

online: ridiculous amount of threes going in and the steal spam button

my player: seems to always have an issue or two

association: when you mentioned this about Oden reminded of Shaq shooting three's in 2k10 if I recall correctly...

Yes. Oden does the same thing to me. I couldn't believe it. Step back jumpers, cross overs etc. *smh*

Yes! Definitely reminded me of 2K10/2K11 before the patch when the big men chucks 3s. This year though, it's only Greg Oden.

Also, it seems like he always play the high post, instead of backing down.
