2K12 Patch Ideas/Suggestions Thread

Hope a patch will come out allowing us to edit classic teams by signing and releasing players onto the rosters. Secondly the ball does weird warp bouncing animations. Also it be good if they patched some of these generic coaches. I have feeling the lockout caused the game to put more generic guys in the place of Adelman, Phil Jackson, Jerry Sloan. Hopefully we can have them on the benches for our classic teams! 4th would be being able to edit the ages of players.

Remove Up Dpad camera change and bring back hot/cold check

Add more cameras to online play, I like to play from the Drive Camera at Height 1, Zoom 1, but its unavailable online.

Bring back heat check on dpad instead of the camera change. Allow us to change jerseys for online play. Let us use shot timing feedback meter for online play

- Make the passing crisper

- Players often help off shooters and onto cutters that are covered leaving open shots

- Some up and unders dont always make contact with the person in the way

- Bring back access to "shoot off the dribble", "low post shot" and other hidden or removed sliders in addition to the "self post" tendency

- Lower the 3pt shooting percentage

- Speed up the setting and execution of the pick and roll/ pop its sluggish at the moment. Players set up, pick, roll and pop slow as hell.

- Too many low off awareness players are doing up and unders/step-throughs

- Ball interaction on blocks is odd. Seems to just die and go flat sometimes. Either that or they kind of react like a tipped pass rather than a block.

So we can't get the shot meters online right now? I thought I was trippin' for a minute there, saved two or three times and it didn't show, thought I was doing something wrong.

listing patches for gameplay would be premature on the first day of release unless they're obvious issues. there's gonna be an adjustment period of weeks before we know if it's the game or the user.

Passing needs to be much more crisp/fast. Too many lazy and bad passes.

Fix how the ai STILL has unrealistic reflexes to the point that they deflect passes with their back turned like you said you would.

These two big/annoying flaws are my only gripe with offline so far. I feel they're holding the game back.
