Dustin

thanks for the preview

can you comment on physicality of the game - contact, falls, bumps, players landing on their bottoms etc.

is 2k12 more 'physical ' than 2k11?

2k11 gameplay wise against a human wasn't great. It was easily the worst release they have had on the next generation systems.

I'm looking forward to this years release only because they seemed to fix my biggest complaint.

The game moved unrealistically slow. How it gets to be the greatest when online didn't work for the first time in this generations history is beyond me.

It's like praising MLB09 by SCEA when the online portion of the game was completely broken.

"2K12 has shown how much more fluid a game can be.'

I hope you played 2k8. Since that game was released the game became more and more less fluid.

Ending with last years game which was the worst in that category.

So does the game play like 2k8.

In 2k8 I felt like I was on the court and in possession of the handle I have in real life.

No game has felt like that before Hopefully this will be a return to the glory days of NBA2k

Question about fast breaks and classic teams.

With the Showtime Lakers can you be Magic in the middle with Worthy and Scott flying down the wings for fast break dunks? Kareem used to be a great trailer as well.

With the classic Celtics can you see the quick ball movement in the half court? The fast breaks where the ball never touches the ground? Can Bird do those rebound tip passes he used to do to McHale and Parish?

Great to see my last name on the my player picture. "singh" Would be cool if they actually could say my name in the game.

Dustin, can you elaborate on the defensive rules for different eras? It sounded like zone defense is in the game for all era's, even though it was illegal in the nba before the 2001-2002 season. No illegal defense, correct?

Like I mentioned, the new collision system is pretty great. There might not be more contact, but the collisions are more realistic and it definitely affects the flow of the game.

They might! I'm sure Ronnie threw it in for his own selfish reasons
