Help with statue'esque offensive players

The AI controlled players on my team never seem to move on offence. I bring the ball up and if I don't call a play they just stand in the same spot for the whole shot clock.

This is getting really annoying because I don't want the game to become pass to someone and ISO to the basket.

I want players to set off-ball screens, cut to the basket, post up etc.

But no, they just stand around. What settings / sliders / roster updates can I use to fix this ?

You can change the coach play call slider lower or higher, and offenseive temp as well. If you want screense and cuts you can do this by using your play call menu and do quick screens or send a player to cut, or take the play call slider all the way down and the players will set screense and cut automatically. Also you can set the coach to automatically call the ofensive plays so you dont have to worry about it.
