Is there a slider that will help with controller drift?

I mean it's insane or my controller is crapping out. I literally have to stop just above the foul line and let go so my player will slide to the 3 point line to shoot a 3.

I can't tell you home many times I stop to call a play and my player slides back court. I don't see a lot of people complaining which leads me to believe there's something that can be done to neutralize it.

Any advise would be appreciated.

Re: Is there a slider that will help with controller drift?

this is my biggest problem with the 2K series and the sole reason I have stayed away from 2K all these years, only reason I'm playing it now is cause it's the only ball game out there.

It's an awesome game BUT i absolutely hate how sloppy the player control is just like you said, the players move all choppy and quite often don't move in the direction you intend them too, very frustrating I don't know why it's still here.

That My Player cone dribble course for example, I don't know how many times I failed it because when I try to turbo and go around the cones I end up going all over the fckin place

You shouldn't use turbo in the dribble course. You can easily do the required dribble moves for completion in the time frame needed. Practice each move and you'll see.

As for the controller issue I'm guessing wear and tear has made your dead zone larger. I've noticed NBA2K doesn't play as crisp and player movement suffers. Only way to fix you issue is try a new controller. How old is the controller you're using? Play hours?
