How do I turn player roles off?

I'm using HoosierDaddy's V2 rosters and I want to turn player roles off so Boozer's morale doesn't drop drastically because of the injury.

I got a question too.
I am using NY in my association, in a third game Randolph injured, he is out for a 2-4weeks so I changed his role from starter to bench and his morale drops to 5. I changed Curry role to a starter, he´s morale improves to 100.
My question is, are you guys changed roles when injury happend, or don´t?
What is better?

It really all depends on you. Realistically, nobody wants to go to the bench so morale is going to drop. Just split the minutes between them and keep the same roles if you don't want a problem.
