Too Easy to Steal?

I played two association games both on all-star/sim. One as the Clippers vs the Blazers and the other as the Raptors vs the Knicks. I won both games by less than 10 points so I have no problem with the difficulty setting but one thing I noticed is how easy it is to steal. I pretty much stole the ball from their point guard on every 2nd or 3rd trip up the court. The turnovers ended up being 20something for me and 30something for the other team in both games. I set franchise records for both teams with 17 steals with Jose Calderon and 12 steals by Baron Davis.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

No. Not for me. Don't know your settings though.

No problems with access steals for me. If anything, I see a lack of on-the-ball steals. In the 5 or so games I've played vs the CPU I've managed 2 or 3 total steals.

Just regular all-star/sim, no change in slider and at 12min quarters.

It seems you know something that I don't... How are you getting the steals? Intercepting passes or simply stealing the dribble? Please share...

No wonder. You're playing some long, long games.

I play on 9 min. and yes, I still get realistic numbers.

I had to bump the steal slider up to see onball steals at all...even now I see about 1 per game only if I can live with a lot of reaching fouls.
