Help me to tone down Dunks

Hello Guys, my first post this year. Great game, 2k did so many things right, I thought I woudnt have to ask u guys for help at all. Congrats 2k.

Only one thing sort prevent me from starting a season this year (playing allsar/sim with few tweaks):

I see so many dunks it ruins the game for me. I can dunk when I want, the CPU dunks every time he has the oppertunity. Its litteraly 15 dunks per Team per Game, I already saw 2 360 dunks (by the cpu), people like chalmers, Rondo, Nene act like Lebron, gosh Hedo gave me 2 reverse Dunks in one game and a few more totally unrealistic headscratchers I cant remember right now. Problem is I cant tone this down. When I tone down the Dunk sliders (dunk in traffic suc. - 34, dunking ability - 25, attemps dunks: 5) the only real difference I can see is that big man now cant dunk when alone under the basket. Carmelo still throws 160s on me, but Perkins cant even dunk in practice, even Shaq or Joel Anthony wont Dunk alone under the hoop. But Pierce and RayRay still jam it, yersterday even Duncan throw 5 or so on me. No fun guys, please help, I cant stand this...

I don't understand why people think the games dunks too much on default settings.

Re: Help me to tone down Dunks

If you want to lower the amount of dunks in the game then lower the dunking ability to about 36-38 and vertical to 38 and that solves the issue

I get dunks at realistic rates and do not see huge leaps by the bigs anymore.

I do very minimal slider adjustments from SIM setting to the All Star level

Re: Help me to tone down Dunks

Is 2K11 on sim by default? If not, that might be something to look into, Keaton.

I haven't checked what my game is on (whatever it's on when it comes out of the box) but I've had some dunking issues as well. The biggest problem seems to be little guys springing like they're high flyers all the time. Gary Payton, Hersey Hawkins and my low-dunk-rated My Player are three examples. In '96 Payton's case, I know he could dunk, and that should be fairly represented, but in user vs. user games he is able to set two feet or do a spin pivot then hammer home with authority.

But then again, if the game is not on sim by default, maybe that's my issue.
