NBA Today not working for me

I know there are 3 preseason games on the schedule for tonight, but I'm not getting them at the NBA Today screen. I sign out then in again, and nothing gets refreshed, but when I start up the game, all the initializations work fine. Is this messed up for anyone else? Thanks.

EDIT: I think it had to do with the living rosters. I just left My Player mode, and it tried to download the living rosters. It did, and then it updated the NBA Today games. When the NBA Today was not current, the A button had no effect on the "Download Living Roster" feature at the quick play screen.

If you go to "features" and select the nba insider and than quit that you'll have the days games listed.

It's the only way I know so far but works every time.

Similar to the previous poster... I go to Features -> Living Rosters. It downloads the file. Go back to first screen and NBA today games will show up.

The problem I ran into is if you edited your roster with Jordan sneakers or anything else. The system will auto load your custom roster overwriting living rosters. Making NBA Today unavailable the only solution is to first backup your custom roster(i did so on psp) and delete it off system. During next load up a fresh roster will be downloaded and saved giving you excess to NBA Today games. I guess adding any sneakers to players or edit of roster will cause this problem again. I hope 2k can stop the system from auto loading which is at the source of the problem.
