Association-Leveling the field with cpu

Let's be honest... It's incredibly easy to dominate the Association without taking measures to "help" the computer.

What steps do you guys recommend to level the playing field with the computer?

Here's what I've settled on thus far.
1. Ignore developmental drills or training camp since the computer can't (or won't).
2. Avoid weekly drills to boost stats (as cpu doesn't).
3. Don't initiate any trades. Placing players on the trading block is ok, and one can accept any trade the computer offers.

Any other suggestions? I'm not looking to take over any teams or run drills for the computer. Thanks for any input.

I believe he is talking more about the "off the court" side of Association. Such as player development and roster building.

I would say just keep doing what you're doing. Impose reasonable house rules on yourself and you should be fine.

Right, and that's a different issue. I'm not speaking about difficulty of on court gameplay. I'm talking about the ability to build/run a team. It's easy to horde all the talent, boost players' abilities, and eventually have the highest ranked team in the game.

Bump- Any other suggestions? I'd appreciate all the "house" rules the hardcore Association users employ.

are trades and development more diffiuclt topull of on the higher levels.

I play on Pro level and some of the trades I accpeted are a bit ridiculous.
however my record sucks? 14-39.

Not that I know of, but I'm not certain of that. It seems like the computer is always pretty easy to rip off.

I completely agree with the first 2. My problem with your #3 is that the computer doesn't have very sound trade logic because of that I also recommend fixing stupid trades when they occur through the use of the trade override feature.

I also limit the amount of trades I make during a season to 3 and if a layer was just acquired I keep from trading them for a while...
