I want to start off by saying that no 2K game is perfect out of the box, but NBA 2K14 has done a great job at being a GREAT game out of the box.
With the amazing improvements in defense and spacing, there leaves only a few things to alter to perfect the game imo..

Offensively on Superstar the CPU can still tend to make some dumbfounding shots. Also the rebounding seems a bit overwhelming at times as well. Rather than bumping the shooting sliders more than necessary . I combined a small bump with improved defensive effectiveness.

In order to be successful.. you have to run plays. You must have an offense. You must generate open shots and likewise stop them from doing that. I know its early, But I've had the game for almost 15 hours and I am ready to start an OA or (Offline one) that can provide a solid challenge as well as the realism we here at OS love.

I also get a lot of questions about my roster. There's a lot of great makers out there, and options you can use based on preference alone, however I've found my set runs great with MKharsh's updates. be sure to check them out! Great for long term association, especially if you're looking for realistic stats!

Quarter length: 10-12 Minutes (Varies with each user. 11-12 works for me to get some nice box scores.)

Good slider my firend, i really enjoy game wtih this set. I have some feedback if it's not problem:

-Too much injury, i set back this to 50

-Cpu little bit much score on the paint and very rearly score in mid 2's. Almost only paint or 3 point score

By the way i like this very much, and sorry for my bad English

Thanks for posting. Let's heat it up with more discussions.

My 2 cents: too many fouls, foul should be on default with 100 charging foul, you still can't see charging foul sometimes.

Too many fouls? Or not enough, I don't understand. I got pplenty of free throws on my first two games. But I'll keep testing.

Charging likely will be upped. Thanks for feedback!

I assumed the injuries were like 13 so none in game.. but I wad wrong. Had 4 my first game so knocked it back down to 4

Alright, that's reasonable now that you mention it. But the mid range shot is not used IRL nearly as much as the other two. It definitely needs a tweak but not too much.

Appreciate any feedback. How are the box scores?

Any ideas on how to reduce the PIP by the cpu? It's been a problem for 2K for years...
