[TIPS]
-These Sliders are meant to work along side VTCRB's 2013 Trifecta Rosters. Using another roster may differ your results slightly, but it should still be an enjoyable set!

-Use Defensive Strategies on every play. You will need to coach your team to success on the defensive end, so don't be afraid to set specific Defensive Settings and Strategies. Also remember, calling a few consecutive zone calls can do wonders in slowing the CPU's momentum.

-Close out on your shooters or you will pay. Try to make the shot as contested as possible for the CPU, sometimes just being there isn't enough. Get up in your man.

-Set playcalling to Manual. A combination of quick plays can really help throw off the defense and the playcalling of your coach always limits you to 5-7 plays all together. This gives you free range of plays to be called as well as creativity to make your owns plays, in a sense.

-Use timeouts when necessary. I find turning Timeouts on Manual helps hinder the CPU's momentum most of the time as I can pick and choose my spots for a breather. But sometimes teams are just hot and you have to find out how to cool them down, and just like in the NBA, sometimes it's not easy.

-Use right stick defense to stay in front of your man/contest layups and close shots. Staying in front of your man is one of the hardest things to do consistently, use the right stick D to cut off your driving ball handler, or you might give up more than your fair share of Points in the Paint and And-1's.

-Not so much of a tip, but I stick to a rule for myself to tap the release on Free Throws to best represent Real Player % from the FT Line.

-Most importantly, play to your team's strengths and ENJOY!

-Oh, and never do this:

I saw you test these with CPUvsCPU, im guessing these are also suitable for CPUvsCPU

Re: 2013 Trifecta Sliders

Would it be too high scoring to play on 12 min?

If you're using the 2013 Trifecta Rosters, then 12 mins might produce a little high scoring of games, yes.

If you must play 12 min, I'd suggest turning the shot tendencies down by 10 or so and seeing how that works for you.

EDIT:

I was speaking of these tendencies, btw:

Take inside shots: 50
Take close shots: 55
Take mid-range shots: 80
Take 3PT shots: 70
Post shots: 48
Attack the basket: 60

I feel confident in saying that combined with the 2013 Trifecta Rosters, I don't think you will be disappointed!

Re: 2013 Trifecta Sliders

i've tested out these sliders with different roster file , and these are my box scores . i've noticed that my team SPURS dominated the rebounding department and both team have high percentage in 3 pointers . I played 12 mins , 52 game speed and I reduced some tendencies as you've said by 10 .
