Looking for Sliders & Settings for Noobs in a Co-Op Season.

Enjoyed reading all the various threads about sliders for this game, but my friend and I need a very specific set that I wasn't able to track down (may have missed it). Basically we are playing a co-op season, but we're both pretty new to the series and won't have a lot of time to dedicate to getting good at it. We just want to play a shortened season co-op since we're loving the game itself. To that point:

Are there any recommended sliders/settings that would work best for this scenario? Would specifically love any guidance as to the sliders themselves as well as good time (10m?) to use for our games and the simmed games (seems like 12m for sim?).

And really any other tips for our game -- don't know how many people are playing co-op but I noticed that switching with A is really tricky and rarely seems to move you to the nearest player, at least in co-op. Also CPU was getting an insane amount of offensive boards on us, but maybe this is just a minor issues with the game? Don't know if there's any way to address that.

Anyway, thanks for any help and/or for pointing us in the right direction.

i would definitely consider using player lock, constantly switching with two people can be confusing and difficult

Yeah I might wind up doing player lock for one player and one free-roam player just because the same-team CPU plays terrible D in our very limited experience.

Sort of OT, but me and a buddy had a co-op franchise on NBA Live '05 I think it was? So much fun. Playing on the same team with a buddy is very fun once you guys get down the chemistry of what you're trying to do.

With that said, i dont think you need a specific set of sliders that you would use for co-op play versus normal 1 player v. CPU games. Find a slider set that provides realstic gameplay and then use it. If the slider is realstic, it shouldnt matter that there is more than one user.

That is fair and makes sense -- but is there a set that's particularly decent for newer players? I'm happy to try out different sets of sliders, but I'm guessing that most are tweaked for very hardcore players so I'm guessing many of them won't work at all for us. Would love to narrow the field a bit in light of our low skill level.

Give mine a shot. They are based off the Pro difficulty, but adjusted to make the CPU a bit tougher than default pro.

Thanks! Didn't see this -- what amount of time to you recommend for the simmed games in your settings?

That I'm not sure about. I just found out that the simmed stats are affected by your sliders. That makes absolutely no sense considering the whole point of sliders it to get the game to play realistic in the first place (its like a dog chasing its tail)

I have only used my sliders in play now games, have not started association yet. I know that they were designed for 12 min played quarters, so I would start with that. You probably want to bump the injury freq down to 50 before you start though.
