For game speed, I feel the default speed of 50 works great! Also, in my opinion, you have to play the full 12 min quarters to get the correct amount of points and stats. Actually, I was still scoring too few points (as was the CPU) until I bumped up the three point success slider for both teams. Once I did that, the shooting percentages were right on target, and so was the points scored. I am playing on PRO simulation and finding a great challenge.

I have tweaked the following sliders:

Three point % up to 50 for both teams.
Play passing lanes down to 40 for both teams.
Blocks down to 30 for human.
Offensive rebounding down to 35 for both teams.
Defensive rebounding up to 65 for both teams.
Dunks in traffic down to 36 for both teams.

I have left everything else alone, and so far so good.
