chrome, i have tried to open the program multiple times and nothing happens. i've tried to run as administrator as well and nothing opens..

i uploaded a new version of it try it out. this wont work for 2k 13

NBA 2K14 MP SP Editor has stopped working..check windows for solution..

might be ur anti-virus because it working. disable it then unpack rar again
