Turned on 2k12 to play today and it turns out my rookies have black arms again!? What the hell? Anyone know of a fix to this and why am I getting it again all the sudden when my rookies were fine before? 2K12 is so buggy it's insane.

This happened to me as well. Every roster I have, black arms. Does anyone have a solution to this? Thanks.

2k updates their art file daily, so wait a little bit and try them again and they should be back to normal. This happened to me before also.
