Because the former list basically only consisted of players that were overseas. Now there's a ton more former and younger college players.

I'm a big fan of the move. I like signing some of the players who had decent college careers and seeing if they fit into my squad.

It shouldn't hinder any other aspects of the roster, so the more he can add the better in my opinion.
