Here is an Overview of the Project
First off let me thank ALL of you who have stuck with this Project and patiently waited on it release. I truly appreciate it.

The Main thing I do with the Roster is to make the Players play like their real life counterparts. I DO NOT go by OVERALL ratings. I know some people worry alot about the Overall Rating but if you do that you truly cant Edit the Players to their strengths. Some Attirbutes make Ratings go up Alot, so there Overall rating is not a good way to judge a Player. I am not saying my way is best way, but i feel it makes the game most enjoyable for ME. Now on to the Meat and Potatoes of the Project.

I recommend to control ALL 30 teams in Association in order to keep the Game real. This way you can Also control all the Transactions. So if there is a Trade then you dont have to Start over, you can just make the Trade and Continue on with you Season. This is all a personal Preference I just feel it makes the game More Realistic.

-Generic CAPS in Free Agent Pool so if someone is called up to NBA and they ARE NOT in the Roster you can add them and not have to restart you Association- Eaglerock562

-D League Players added to Free Agent Pool, most at 25 Overall Ranking until they are called up, then just PM us or Post in the Thread and we will give you their ratings and tendencies, Unless you want to do them yourselves- Eaglerock562

-All Attributes, Abilities,Tendencies, Hot Spot have been redone

-All Player Roles Redone

-All Rotations

-Coaching Profile Edits

-Individual Plays for Each Player Redone

-Jan Vesely(Wizards Rookie),Jonas Valanciunas have Black Arms, not sure what happened, but I gave them Complete White arm Sleeves. This only happened Recently and Honestly I was going to start over for 2 players. Sorry guys- Update I am being told this is not appearing when you Download, which is Great. Just go into the 2 players and Remove the White Arm Sleeves from each player.

-Keith Benson(Hawks Drafted Rookie), Donatas Motiejunas(Rockets Drafted Rookie), Nikola Mirotic(Bulls Drafted Rookie) all in Free Agent Pool with Real Faces

- Rasheed Wallace, JR Smith, Wilson Chandler, Brandon Roy, Jeff Green, Andrei Kirlenko, Aaron Brooks, Chris Douglas Roberts, Gilbert Arenas, Antonio McDyess, Allen Iverson All in Free Agency and Rated. If you dont want them in your Association just rate them 25.

OK good to see that this roster has a future to it I am going to just copy my post from the other thread for some Philadelphia 76ers corrections that need to be made:

Quick Philadelphia 76ers update here Andre Iguodala is not a shooting guard he is a Point Forward and has been playing this position since the second half of last year.

Also Spencer Hawes is averaging 13 points 12 Boards and 2 blocks a game this year he is rated insanely low in my opinion.

Craig Brackins a guy who sometimes comes off of the bench for us also is a small forward not a Power forward and he can shoot the 3 ball very well so I think he needs a bump from the 49 or whatever his 3 is rated in the december 23 update, at least to a 75-77.

Also last time I checked Louis Williams was averaging close to 20 points a game (Checked that 2 games ago so I'm not entirely sure his average at this point) Point being he is a very explosive threat on the offensive end and looks to be a 6th man of the year candidate for this season.

Also not sure if this has been mentioned but for me all rookies and Caps in this roster have all cold zones.

I also have a Thread that for Suggestions on Individual Plays for Players and also Team Suggestions. If you have time feel Free to leave comments in that one as well. We are using that as a Feedback tool as well.

That sim roster was by far the best roster file I've downloaded, excluding some minor things that only ocurred because it's kinda outdated now

The gear changes were nice, the players tendencies and caracteristics were awesome.. GREAT job!

I'm looking forward to use it when it is ready!

Also, where is that thread about the individual teams? I really think that bargnani needs a boost! hahaha

The only change I see needed for the Timberwolves is Rick Adelman being put as head coach.
