TOUCHES TENDENCIES!

Here are the touches tendencies my roster has for all key players.

NOTE: touches goes hand in hand with the playbook. and to get the most out of these edits. you need to edit the playbooks for certain players.
these edits alone will certainly help. but not as much if you change the playbooks too.
some players. specifically the prolific shooter/scoring swingmen have playbooks that call too many spot ups/ 3pters. causing a ridiculous amount of fga and 3pta.
[durant, carmello, granger, ellis, carter, etc]. you need to change their playbooks and put in some iso's, pick n roll/fade & or high post plays to negate this.
again. these touches tendencies help this issue. but the playbook changes really enhance it.
same with bargnani. give him some iso, low or high post plays in place of his catch and shoot plays.
The knicks need pick n rolls given to felton and amare.
the list goes on. but Im not posting playbook changes I made.

Will these touch tendencies work well with the Oct. 11 playbook and coach profile update or was that what you were already referring to?

can you also list the shooting tendencies and drive/pass out tendencies if you made major changes and have time??

Hey Nogster, I'm still getting insanely high number of attempts from the superstars and not enough shot attempts by the role/other players, Lebron/Durant had 30+ FGA. I've done some experimenting as well, and it seem Shot Tendency does not factor in how many FGA a player gets, only the Touches slider does.

I'm thinking instead of Superstars getting of a maximum 80 on their Touches slider, that it should be at max 60 while the next lower tier will get 55 (all-star), then 50 (player who can score but are not all stars) and so forth

Superstar Scorers = 60 (Lebron/Durant/Kobe)
All-Star Scorers = 55 (Roy, Williams, Granger)
Scorer = 50 (JR Smith, Vince, Gay)

whatever suits you man.
I want the big scorers to be aggressive and get the lions share of touches.
Its up to us to stop them.
with cpu vs cpu games yeah, they probably take more shots and your scale would be better probably. because the cpu isnt as reactive as a human. Us humans will see the cpu attempting to use the superstars and try and deny or double that attempt.
What I dont want is for them to be forcing and launching everything they touch.

I just played the blazers with OKC in a crazy defensive struggle.
I won 77-73. aldridge and roy were the main 2. roy took 17shots but had the ball the majority of the time. aldridge took 21.

Im about to play the nuggets with the mavs. this will be a real test to see how I can contain carmello anthony. one of the if not the biggest shot hogs in the game. and the nuggets game tempo is one of the fastest too.

Thanks, I'm going to use this and edit my PS3 rosters to keep my satisfied until ffaacc releaser a roster. I think you should edit Baron Davis's touches tendency. He just walks up the court and shoots a 3 a lot. Just up his shot and three tendency.
