How to return back out(injured) players?

I have "Roster Update 10/28/09" on my xbox360.I dont find any way to return back out players to squad.How can i do it?

Jamison is one of my favourite player and i cant use him

U won't be able to...you need the 10/22 update where nobody is injured!!!!

reset roster or save a new roster file create a team with all the injured players jamison tmac yao etc and start a season with them export the team load the the team in you 10/28 file and make the trades.
or download nogsters file and play a better game with all the players.

You won't be able to trade players from a created team with the new patch....pre patch was ok but not post patch...unless u remove the patch.
