Game Crashed at halftime

I’ve been skipping through the show and so far no crashes doing that. I think I’ve figured out as long as you skip the first scene or two, you’re fine. But who knows.

crashes at halftime + can't get past "your vc earning are being saved on the 2k sports server" after a game so I can't play a myNBA game right now.

This has happened to me the last two myNBA games that I played. Will try and skip past the halftime shows.

My main issue is that’s one of the key selling points of the game for me was the new halftime show dealing with things going around in your league. So skipping it, nah…it’s really fix your 70 dollar game ASAP please.

Exactly.

I updated my ticket with with videos of the halftime show going black and freezing since I told him now that I need it to crash, it isn’t. He said videos of the black screen freezing would suffice to send it in as a bug.

I made the mistake of saying it hasn’t crashed since I started skipping through it. He said since it isn’t crashing he’ll forward the videos to “document them” but will close the ticket as resolved since it hasn’t happened to me lately.

Which I think is utter BS if that means he isn’t sending it in as a bug.

Make sure you all record the crashes and keep sending them as tickets (keep replying to the emails until you get a real person acknowledging your issue).

Yep I was able to send a video and it’s supposedly moving up the chain. because it’s automatic crashing if you use the New Jersey’s especially. Heck I can send them 12 videos in a row it will always crash at halftime.
