Elton Brand and Steve Francis were also co-ROY, though I feel like it wouldn’t be possible to happen in a video game.

Oh yeah, I don't expect it to happen again. Though before John Wall's injury, I thought him and Blake Griffin might have both deserved it.

I would love this to be added as an option though, considering there were 3 in history. I was looking through the roster and Grant Hill is listed as Roty, but Jason Kidd doesn't have it listed on his award history
