The daily spin on next gen is located right underneath your affiliation's statue in the middle portion of the city.

All the statues are in the grassy area that's surrounded by the main square of buildings (Pro Am, Rec, Ante Up, NBA Store, Gatorade, Club 2K, MyTeam).
