After being able to edit rotations in mycareer, I was permanately made the 6th man

In MyCareer after being awarded the ability to edit rotations, I was automatically set as the 6th man and 20 minutes. But you're actually not allowed to set yourself for anything lower than 24 minutes. Yet it says 20. I put myself back into the starting lineup and make my mins 24+ and when I backout of the screen it reverts back to me as the 6th man and 20 minutes. Anyone else experience this??/

Edit your minutes then go to options and change a setting then change it right back. Should auto save your changes.

tried it. Tried pretty much everything. Always reverts me back to 20 mins and 6th man. It's weird because I was starting well before I was given ability to change rotations.

So it fixed itself. Really strange bug. But Durant was out for 6-8 weeks on my team. Once he came back it auto put me at 24 mins and back in the starting lineup.

To not create clutter, I too have a question with rotations on the next gen version. I can't seem to unlock the option to edit rotations or influence trades. I have one player that I was able to do it with but two others that I've played over the usual amount of games and nothing has unlocked. The only thing I can think of that I did differently was requesting a trade so I don't know if that played into it.

I'm hoping there's a workaround for this because I'm not sure if this is something that will get a ton of attention for a patch since it seems like the focus is more online oriented fixes wise.

I unlocked mine for my 3 builds after 50-60 games played

That's what I have been trying to figure out. I wished they kept it how it was for current gen couple years ago(didn't play 2k20 and 2k21 current gen) where these rewards unlocked after hitting Overall milestones.

Is it 50-60 games total or not simmed? I'm near the 30 game mark of my rookie season and I'm already looking ahead to next season since I don't like the team I'm on. I want to sim ahead but don't want to mess up any progress for those rewards. I have been playing 5 minute quarters for the last 12+ games so I can speed through the season. I think I unlocked the custom arena sounds before 20th game.

I wanted the Gym rat badge, but don't play online and not trying to do the 40 games plus championship method(maybe next season). I want to get Rotation Edits, Influence trades/FA, and Playbook edits before I sim to my next season. I just I knew how many games I had to play to unlock them

You can get it before the allstar game.

It does require you to basicially be the alpha on the team.

Im avg a triple double so yeah the team is willing to hand me the keys.

Just hit 92 overall and max team chemistry.
