Lets compare NBA 2K Old Gen vs Next Gen?

Hey guys! I'm using the 2k21 next gen more and I thought I'd make some graphical comparisons between the game (Xbox Series S) and the NBA 2K20 / 2K21 on PC, with mods ...

How far has 2K sports stopped in time and we modders make a difference in the game? What do you think?

Currently looking at these screens, what would be your choice? You can add more images ...

PS: I checked and the Series X and S versions are identical, the only difference is their resolution, so I don't think we would have won in the Series X version on these screens. The PC is at 1440p.

It's a matter of opinion I guess, but the pictures on the left look better to me

Ha. I was thinking same thing at first thinking those were previous gen but those are the next gen shots.

The faces themselves look a lot better w/ mods, but as a whole I guess the NG stuff looks better. Still those faces are a bit wonky.

I feel like a direct comparison of old gen ps4/xbox vs next gen ps5/xbox would be a better way to look at how it's actually improved.

For me, playing next gen xbox on a new 4k tv was night and day compared to old gen on old Xbox.

if you are talking player likeliness, then the modded pc version looks better.

if you are talking about overall quality, detail, sharpness, etc. then the next gen looks better.
