So maybe don't say something is fixed if it isn't? Lol that is a terrible excuse for this. Other games list out detailed patch notes all the time, I've not seen one company get sued over them

Do you think they would say something was fixed that was not, I am not going to pretend that I have all the answers but something clearly did not transfer from their version of the patch to the retail version.
