Need Some Help W/MyGM

Can someone tell me if I am missing something but when I go to start mygm and I am at the difficulty screen, I can’t navigate to the bottom to choose my custom roster to start the league. It just says official roster. Am I pressing the wrong button to switch to the bottom? Can someone tell me if I am doing something wrong or if this is a known issue?

Is this is 2k20? I don't have the game but apparently there isn't custom anything in MyGM.

Really? So what’s the point of having a create a player option? What mode can you even use that player for?

If you want to use custom rosters then you'll have to use MyLeague.
