Release speed options suddenly changed?

So I created a new player and I got him up to 75 so now I can create my own jumpshot and I went in to do it. I have a custom jumpshot that I use with all my players and it uses a 75% release speed. Created a new custom jumpshot and the only really speeds I had were 100% 66% or 33%. WTF!?! Reloaded my other character to make sure I was correct and I could do 25% 50% and 75%
release speed. Anybody else had this issue what are your available release speeds?

The height of your player makes a difference. I’m not sure what the threshold is, but I think it’s 6’6”.
So if one of your players is shorter and one is taller, that may be your issue.

#2 The threshold is at 6'4 to be exact.

There is another thing to consider as well. Due to how the shot mechanics work this year, it's better to have a 74 open 3 than a 75 open three. At 75, the release is 40ms slower for reasons I don't quite remember. I found out the hard way when my PG hit 94 OVR and I reached 75 open 3, I started releasing all my shots early and my shot percentage plummeted. Couldn't get used to it again and ended up playing a different guy instead.
