New to 2K19 - Where is online Street orPark Mode

I apologize in advance. I'm new to 2k19, I CANNOT find the mode where you play online in a virtual playground. Where is this? Where do i create a player to play in this mode?

I created myself using a default face, then got into a career preview movie-ish thing in Japan. Can I get to the park from here?

I'm pretty sure you can skip the prelude altogether and just choose a team to play for. That will let you access the Park.

I believe you have to play through the story once to skip it but no guarantee on that.
