Will 2k address the lack of fouls in this game? -

So are you saying on All Star your seeing charging, blocking, and shooting fouls on 3pt attempts in every game?

There is always a handful of blocking fouls every game. There is also always atleast 1 charging foul called in every NBA game. And now days with how many 3's are being attempted per game, you almost always see atleast 1 shooting foul on a 3pt attempt. You also tend to see a shooting foul on a mid range shot too in every game.


None of these things are happening in NBA2k19, and I play on 12 minute qtrs.



NBA2k has always had its issues with lack fouls, especially over the past couple yrs. There is always a few of us here, who bring this to attention every yr, and every yr the devs ignore the problem.
But this yr, there is a lot of people complaining about this issue with lack of fouls.



Even with foul sliders at 100 for every foul slider, the only fouls that get called are reach ins, and shooting fouls inside the paint.

I have always felt the foul sliders need to have more impact, when adjusting. For example if you have them at 100, you should a foul fest, like back 90's NBA and early part of the 2000's, where it was ISO ball heavy.



But I dont think the foul sliders are the issue, its the gameplay mechanics. If a defender sets up to take a charge, you will see contact and the defender fall back, sometimes in the post, the defender will even get knocked down, and there is no charging foul, or blocking foul called.


On shooting fouls on 3pt attempts, or basically any perimeter shot, you will see the defender actually make contact with the shooter, yet no foul is called.



I have played about 40 games, all on 12 minute qtrs. I have had 5 or 6 charging fouls called, and I actually think I have seen even less blocking fouls than charges, which has never happen in a NBA2k game,lol, up until 19, blocking fouls were called quite often, and there was a lack of charges called. And I have had a total of 4 shooting fouls when attempting a 3pt shot. The charges I have drawn 4 of them while the CPU has only drawn 1 or 2. All the shooting fouls on 3pt attempts, have been drawn by me, except for 1.

Not that I am calling you a liar, so please dont take this wrong, but I have a hard time believing your seeing a realistic amount of these fouls being called.
But if you are, then can you please share you have your sliders set at? Thanks
