I've been trying to find out that if i get an LG tv that has active hdr with dolby vision would games on xbox one x or ps4 pro still run hdr10?

HDR runs with it, I have an LG they have a faux HDR that you can use for non-HDR games and true HDR for games and movies that allow it.

If you have Dolby Vision, you'll have HDR10.

Any suggestions on a good monitor for the Xbox One X? I’ve looked around but not sure where to focus.
Trying to stay around $300 to $400.
