Explanation for the colored stars under my name in the neighborhood????

Is there an explanation of this anywhere? Mine says amateur and 2 silver stars right now.

It dropped back down to 1 bronze star before as well… Anyone know what these mean

Yeah I also read that but I was curious if there was a listing something of how you go from one to another and what exactly the 1 bronze star means compared to the 2 silver stars...

It was weird I dropped to a 1 bronze star amateur from a 2 silver star amateur.
