Why Can’t I play?!?!

Purchased the 20th Anniversary game and preloaded it.....Said it will be ready at 10pm central (my time)......Clicked on it to play.....Says I cannot. Anyone know what I’m doing wrong?!?!

I could be totally wrong but I thought the digital version was available at midnight eastern so 11pm your time
