Is there anyway to get the cut off shoulder holes for the custom Nike jerseys?

Changing the arena causes the faded or washed out look. First photo is with new arena and custom court. Second photo has a custom court only.

What about just chaging the advertising boards and jumbo ton. ..does this cause the faded court?
