How do you unlock arm bands and sleeves in different colors?

You can only buy different colored arm bands at swags. You can use these at the playground or for pro am (positive about playground not sure about pro am). When you're playing your nba game, you'll have to go to the nba store and purchase your sleeve there and they only give you the team color.

Hasn't the NBA changed rules? I only see teams wearing the same coloured sleeves as their uniforms this season. You can use black and white if you use non-nike uniforms depending on whether you choose home or road uniforms.

Dont understand why they allow headband edit only in myleague and not in general
