Why 2K removes things from the game?

Face Sculpting, Wire camera, NBA player body edit, Short sleeve jerseys.
I really enjoyed playing with the Wire camera, and messing with the rosters. I am European and I also miss the Euroleague and eurocup teams and players. Also there are a ton of retro jerseys made by many sports companies. Is there an Adidas ban on 2k regarding the short sleeve jerseys or is it a graphics thing?

The remove things to alter them slightly in future iterations and advertise them as brand new features...

Nike is now the jersey supplier for the NBA, so 2K is probably bound by that contract as to what jerseys can go in the game. Also, NBA players have been very vocal about not liking the sleeved jerseys.

Are they even going to wear short sleeve jerseys this year?

Nope. There's an article somewhere out there that sleeved jerseys won't make an appearance as long as Nike's the uniform supplier.

They also removed broadcast generic camera.

Also removed sleeveless undershirts that MANY players wear.

Like you said, body edit which has been in the game for years.

We used to be able to rotate the players when editing their jumpshot. No more.
