No difficulty multiplier for career?

Just played my first game and didn't see a multiplier anywhere afterwards. Weird.

Does it multiply it in the background now or has it gone? Anyone know if they said anything about this in blogs etc?

I would like to know too. This would be a hype killer for me.

they basically said to hell with the customers and made it one of the "rewards" in the "Road to 99"... you won't get the 2 times multiplier until you reach like 92 overall I think in game... even if you play on HOF... so you are stuck with whatever you get from each game no matter the difficulty... Just 2k's way of nudging you in the direction of buy VC... and coincidentally haircuts now cost VC as well... so yeah... 2k trying to get that money out of you ASAP... looks like I'm skipping mycareer yet again

Well, then I don't have a reason to go through all the HoF bull****, good Yeah, they remove another way to grind VC to "force" you to buy it , but I wasn't buying it anyway so I don't really care. I'll adjust the difficult as my overall and skills go up, no rush
