Any point to attending practice after 95?

I'm just about to hit a 95 overall and I'm aware that to progress that rating any further I'll need to play MyPark games.

So my question is, is there any point to attending the optional practices anymore?

I stopped practicing after I hit 95....seems pointless tbh

Practice ends in season 2. Except team practice for the free throws.
