My Walk-On record is 8-33...lol not because I'm losing but because I'm winning and it's lagging out instantly after the game and it counts as a loss...

Same with just regular Pro-Am. When we win games we still get losses...

I don't think I'm losing my VC I earned...but I'm getting losses.

I don't care about free VC, I just don't want my record looking so bad when it's not even what's actually happening.

Not sure what kind of compensation you would want. Free wins? A reset?

2k definitely need to fix the records or something.


I've been racking up L's in Walk On due to the lag outs at the end of the game. Only have 2 legit losses but my record shows 19. Looks pretty ugly IMO.

Are you talking about the "a gameplay error has encountered, the result of the game will not count" Message that pops up right before the winners celebration?

If so, those games are still counted correctly. You get a W if u won and L if you lost. Also counts the stats and rep (In walk on). The error can basically be ignored

I think it says something about the connection to the 2k serves and kicks you back to the Main Menu or MyCourt. I've racked up hella L's due to that lag out at the end. Even the message that says the game will not be counted usually results in a L. It pops up quite often in the Park and I've occasionally seen it in pro-am.

2K customer support sucks big time. Last year it took me 30 days and 5-6 tickets in order to get the bonus VC they advertised during the game. This year i already have 10 walkon in proam that I got no VC and no rep not to mention the proam games with my team that were counted as loses because of server errors.
I opened a ticket again and they suggested stupid solutions like restart router, clear cache etc. I insisted that it is 2K fault and they said there is nothing they can do.
They support is ridiculous, the worst ever and they don't care about the players progress, our progress. It's. a shame
