So if I would like to make a release like Chris Mullin his numbers are as follows how would I?

Release: Normal
Form: 71
Base: 22

If you're talking about for your myplayer you have to earn it. Its through coach K. you'll get it by december

No I have it I'm talking about how do I set it up it has two release points and a base

Just use jumpshot 71 for both of your releases.

Release: Normal is talking about how fast/slow your release form is going to be. Curry/Lillard are quick draws, for example.

So for Mullin I would go base 22 and both releases 71 right? How about the blending if both are 71 it wouldn't matter right?

Yeah, and blending wouldn't matter since it's the same release.
