It's been happening since the move to the PS4 and XB1 generation. On the previous generation, 360 users were getting patches before the PS3 users. As for the PC users, well....

Oh this happened last year. I think the average wait for Xbox was easily over a week after PS4.

Some disagree but it's obvious 2k and Sony have a deal. I would go into specifics but it was discussed last year when Xbox one had to wait 22 days for a patch. Do you ever recall a huge discrepancy in between patches for any other game?

They actually switched that deal with Microsoft this year, they announced it on their stream. This is why when Ronnie did the MyPark streams, it was on their twitch.

A deal for patches is the dumbest thing any publisher can do, I understand DLC and timed exclusives, but patches, your shipping your game broken to people who pay you money smh
