According to a developer on Twitter almost all badges carry over to the next season.. however lots of them have to be completed within one season's worth of games. I'll try to find the Tweet when I'm back at a real computer

Got the hof rebound badge last night and i have 1100 career rebounds, not sure how to check how many were offensive rebounds.
